i became a monk for my second profession, giving me some healing and smiting prayers, seems to work well. You get some good skills when you become a monk and do the first few small quests too. Have you only got nightfall?

I'd go R/Mo
With Mending Touch just because it rocks [Apply Poison][Burning Arrow][Distracting Shot][Savage Shot][Mending Touch][Natural Stride][Troll Unguent]Some rez. Expertise - 9+1 Marksmanship - 12+1+1 Wilderness - 9 Protection Prayers - 3 Btw, isnt this suppose to be under the Ranger Topic Section? I think Spell has his/her initial skills from the quests from whatever campaign they're in (I'm assuming Prophecies), and wants to know about secondary professions.
First: Get to know your character and what you like to run as a Ranger. Second: Get a couple of levels under your belt. Third: Go monk maybe? |

Welcome to GW, Spell ^__^
If your starting out I'd say go with Mo, just because its safer and more reliable in PvE. If your starting out in Prophecies, once you get to Ascalon City, "after the searing"... Then you will find many people... To buy skills you must find Sir Betran, he will sell you skills for X amount of gold + a skill point... But as you buy more skills the price goes up reaching a cap of 1k per skill... As for a build... I'm not too sure if you want to Barrage, or something else but hope this helps |

This can best be described as "writing in the way that one would speak." It is an informal, slang style of English that should be reserved primarily for speech, as it can seem unprofessional and sloppy in written text. A casual tone can be interpreted positively in person with face-to-face contact, but can be perceived negatively in writing. As such, you have all the time necessary to articulate your posts in a coherent matter. "You" is only two more letters than "u." It will not kill you to type them. Additionally, when one punctuation works instead of 10 (example: ? instead of ?!?!), use one. closed |
